Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to test your gear and ensure it meets your running needs.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange

    Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send items back without this authorization.

  3. Package Your Items

    Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Ship your package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Processing

    Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

The refund will include the cost of the returned items, minus any original shipping charges.

Exchange Information

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment unless the exchange is due to our error.
